Samtec is introducing an extended-temperature embedded optical module using the FireFly™ platform. This new FireFly™ module will feature architectures supporting 12 channels, as well as 4 channels at 10 Gbps/channel from -40°C to +85°C, while still benefiting from the density of the FireFly™ platform. Combining this product with Amphenol Aerospace's extensive line of rugged passive solutions will provide customers with an optimized path to complete end-to-end rugged optical solutions.
