“The ENS allows us to demonstrate very high levels of security to be IT service providers for both the public sector and private companies that, relying on our services, provide their own to public administrations. Thanks to this certification, we also align ourselves with the EU's NIS Network and Information Systems Security regulations,” says Rogelio Polanco, Quality Director of Alhambra IT.

In addition, the IT company is renewing most of its certifications: ISO 20001: Service Management; ISO 27001: Information Security; ISO 27018: Protection of Personal Data in Cloud Services; ISO 22301: Business Continuity; and the CMMI assessment: integration of capability maturity models.
Beyond the recently audited quality seals, Alhambra holds the ISO 14001: Environmental Management System and ISO 9001: Quality Management System certifications, which endorse its good work and environmental commitment.
Among other goals, the company aims to be one of the first organizations to achieve ISO 27701: Privacy Information Management standards, as it already did in 2017 with ISO 27018 certification, which made Alhambra one of the first companies worldwide to be accredited in the processing of Personal Data for Cloud Services.
