MarketApps Hub extends Cambium's MarketApps framework into a managed application ecosystem, available through a public catalog, a developer SDK, single sign-on, application hosting, and platform-level security—all powered by cnMaestro's public APIs and a development experience designed for AI-driven programming agents. While traditional manufacturer marketplaces typically include partner integrations, MarketApps Hub offers fully functional, hosted, and secure applications on the platform that can be built by anyone, from Cambium engineers to the customers who use the network every day.

Every application on MarketApps Hub belongs to one of five categories, allowing customers to know exactly where it comes from and what level of support it receives:
• Certified: These are production-ready solutions, developed by Cambium, tested, hosted on the platform, and fully supported by the company.
• Labs: These applications are launched quickly and evolve based on customer feedback, while those that demonstrate their value can be upgraded to the Certified category.
• Partner: These are developed and supported by Cambium partners.
• Community: These are open proposals from the developer community.
• Private: Exclusive to a customer's account. Their applications, their data, and their network.
Applications can move between categories as their adoption demonstrates demand, so a community idea can become a Certified application or even a native cnMaestro feature.
Designed for the AI Era:
AI has made app creation easier; now the challenge is hosting, securing, and distributing them to the right audience with the appropriate support. MarketApps Hub addresses this need through platform hosting, single sign-on, a public catalog, and managed distribution across its five app categories. The MarketApps development platform is designed for AI-powered programmers: a quick-start system provides codebase, a DSK, and a live cnMaestro development environment with a single command, while a single pull request allows for global app release.
Because apps are offered as simple web applications that run on mobile devices or any browser, they can target much broader audiences than just network teams—from a resident setting up their personal Wi-Fi to a facility manager monitoring a location or a technician installing equipment—without requiring a cnMaestro account for the app user.
