Charmex's participation in ISE, which will be held from February 6 to 9, is a further step in the company's international expansion strategy that began in 2014 with the opening of its first office in Latin America in Colombia and continued last year with its debut at the InfoComm trade show in Las Vegas and the subsequent opening of a showroom in Lisbon.
“After our initial consolidation phase in Latin America, our goal now in Europe is to open up new business opportunities in this market, transferring our wholesale model that brings added value to the audiovisual sector,” says Santiago Verdú, CEO of Charmex.
He adds: “The idea is to establish contacts with distributors and integrators in other European countries and offer them a range of products, services, and integrated solutions geared towards the corporate and education sectors to help them grow in their markets. There are very few companies in Europe of Charmex's caliber with the capacity to offer the channel such a wide range of products and services, and to integrate them effectively.”
Ultimately, Charmex's added value lies in its unique ability to provide products and services and integrate solutions in different areas within the audiovisual sector, helping integrators in the development of their projects.
Charmex's internationalization strategy is aimed at diversifying its business by acquiring clients in new geographic areas. The goal is for 35% of the company's revenue to come from operations outside of Spain by 2020. "In that sense, ISE is the ideal platform to give us visibility and strengthen our image at a European level," continues the CEO of Charmex.
On the other hand, the trade fair will allow Charmex to connect with and strengthen relationships with its existing customers in the Spanish market. The Charmex booth, equipped with interactive displays showcasing the company's products and services, will also serve as a meeting point for partners, integrators, and distributors, helping them make the most of their visit to the fair.
Charmex will deploy a team of 35 experts from its Madrid and Barcelona offices to Amsterdam, including product managers, sales representatives, international executives, managers, supplier relations managers and marketing staff, to offer comprehensive and personalized service to its national and international clients.
Santiago Verdú concludes: “We are confident that our presence at ISE will be our gateway to Europe, which has become a priority market for our company, and we are eager to forge alliances with integrators and distributors to expand our coverage area across the continent. And, of course, we want to meet with our existing customers to strengthen relationships and reinforce our business ties.”.
