The award-winning single-slot PXI vector network analyzers cover frequencies from 300 kHz to 26.5 GHz. The new analyzers deliver the best PXI VNA performance in critical specifications such as speed, trace noise, stability, and dynamic range. This enables fast and accurate measurements and reduces testing costs by allowing simultaneous characterization of multiple devices (two or more ports) with a single PXI chassis.
If space is limited, engineers can expand an existing system with only one free slot by adding two-port VNA capabilities and s parameters. To address applications such as mass device testing and complex wafer testing, engineers can load a single chassis with up to sixteen PXI VNA modules for use as multiple two-port VNAs, a single 32-port VNA, or a combination of both.
