Excel is inviting its customers and industry members to register for the game, where they can create the perfect team by choosing any of the players competing in the World Cup. Points are awarded based on real-world match results, and the league standings are updated after each game.
Participation in the Excel Fantasy Football World Cup championship is free, and there will also be a Sonos sound system worth £1,000 up for grabs, and four 7” ASUS Nexus tablets will be given away weekly, so that participants who join later will still have a chance to win a fantastic prize.

Players can create a team now and make any changes they wish until the team submission deadline of June 12, 2014, at 8:00 PM BST, without having to use transfers. Any transfers made after that time will be deducted from the transfer quota allocated for that period.".
"The game is also adapted for mobile devices, so players can check their position and make transfers at any time," Calcutt concludes.
