In 2013, LASELEC continued its policy of innovation and dedication to development by introducing two revolutionary new types of equipment to the market: the SYLADE 7 laser cable stripping system and the EasyWiring interactive cable harness arrangement board.
Sylade 7wThe SYLADE 7 allows for safe and damage-free wire stripping, with easily reproducible results on single and multi-core wires and cables. Compact, ergonomic, and fast, the SYLADE 7 combines the efficiency, quality, and unique safety of laser technology with the reliability and ease of use that are the foundation of LASELEC's reputation. Fully automated, the laser system adapts its parameters to strip each cable without requiring calibration. Cable removal, including loading and unloading, can be completed in just a few seconds. The SYLADE 7 handles numerous types of electrical cables (including those with PTFE, FEB, and polyamide sheaths, among others). The innovative aspect of the SYLADE is based on the laser's design. Conceived entirely by LASELEC's R&D team in Toulouse, this laser is based on innovative technology that allows for system miniaturization and opens the door to a cable stripping laser with a very compact design, to replace thermal cable and wire stripping devices and portable mechanical stripping tools used by thousands of people in various industries.

LASELEC's EasyWiring dynamic wire harness layout board brings wire harness production into the 21st century. Gone are the days of paper-based printed circuit boards; say hello to a dynamic presentation of information to help guide the wiring process during the manufacturing of an electrical wire harness. Implementation is quick and easy. LASELEC offers a complete installation, including the display unit, computer-aided manufacturing software, and movable stands in various shapes, adaptable to all types of wire harnesses. This wire harness layout board provides a significant increase in productivity, ensures traceability of wiring operations, and allows for complete control over your product.

MRO-200wLaser Wire Marking:
UV laser identification of electrical wires, widely used in civilian and military programs for over 25 years, is also increasingly adopted by industrial sectors across all fields, as it ensures a permanent mark without damaging the wire insulation. The ULYS Modena and MRO 200 laser markers are computer-controlled, fully automated, and offer traceability functions. They are user-friendly, reliable, and high-performance. The ULYS Modena series perfectly meets the needs of aircraft manufacturers and their subcontractors. The entry-level machine in this series, the ULYS 110 Modena, is suitable for modest production levels and can be expanded to meet your requirements, reaching the unparalleled productivity of the ULYS 990-SL Modena.

Aircraft and train maintenance, repair, and overhaul centers are also increasingly interested in this technology. The MRO 200 series was developed by LASELEC to specifically address their needs. Designed for small and medium production runs, as well as single-unit production, this line of marking machines can be useful for modifications and is aimed at smaller workshops. Its cable deployment and cutting system is robust and reliable, ensuring the integrity of the cable insulation.

Another key advantage of direct UV laser marking is the reduction in cable weight, which reduces the overall weight of electrical equipment and allows users to lower their energy costs. Direct cable marking has already progressively replaced cable sleeving in aerospace manufacturing. Wiring workshops for commercial vehicles and high-end cars, as well as workshops for racing and rally cars, and even armored vehicles, also benefit from LASELEC equipment, which is tailored to their specific needs. The railway industry is also moving in this direction, for example, with Bombardier Transportation in the USA and some Alstom subcontractors in Russia.

EasyWiringLASELEC Worldwide:
LASELEC's laser wire marking and stripping equipment, laser diode controllers, and interactive wire harness placement boards are widely used in the programs of leading manufacturers of aircraft, trains, ships, and nuclear power plants: AgustaWestland, Alstom, Airbus, BAE Systems, Bell Helicopter, Boeing, Bombardier, CEA, CERN, Cessna, Changhe Aircraft, EADS, Embraer, Eurocopter, Gulfstream, HAL, Keystone Helicopter, Lockheed Martin, MiG, NASA, Northrop Grumman, Shanghai Aircraft, Shenyang Aircraft, Sikorsky, and others.
With over 80% of its revenue generated overseas, LASELEC has invested heavily in Asia and the Americas. Present in India since 2004, LASELEC marking machines equip India's largest buyers.

The reliability of LASELEC products and the quality of its customer service are recognized worldwide, especially in Japan, where the company opened a new customer service office in 2011. Several major Japanese groups have expressed their confidence in LASELEC: FHI, Jamco, MHI, Sanyu, Sumitomo, and others.
LASELEC is currently exploring the possibility of establishing a customer service office in China, stocked with spare parts. LASELEC has numerous clients in China, including Gameco, HAECO, Lode Technology, Shanghai Aircraft, Changhe Aircraft, Shenyang Aircraft, and others.

LASELEC is, moreover, well represented in the Americas thanks to the excellent quality of its products and the technical support services offered by LASELEC Inc, from its offices in Dallas and Querétaro.
