The integration marks a significant milestone in Rovi's ongoing journey toward operational excellence and data integrity.
Rovi's initiative focused on fully digitizing batch execution processes, eliminating paper records and integrating FactoryTalk PharmaSuite® 11 manufacturing execution system (MES) with key enterprise platforms such as ERP and LIMS. The first phase of the project was completed in less than a year, enabling the elimination of paper documentation, improved traceability, reduced review times, and enhanced competitiveness.
ROVI is a company with a significant industrial presence, dedicated to manufacturing its own products as well as manufacturing for third parties through its subsidiary ROIS. The standardized and replicable approach adopted for the initial implementation has laid the groundwork for future deployments at other ROVI facilities.
