The service is initially launching in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region, where customers can now purchase a selection of thin-film resistors, inductors, and crimp terminals on reels ready for insertion into their machinery. The service is expected to expand to Asia Pacific later this year.
The various production packaging sizes available from RS provide customers with greater flexibility in ordering, both for the prototype design and pre-production phase, as well as for production, allowing them to save time and money in their sourcing and purchasing processes.
