In those 50 years of activity, Salicru has gradually consolidated its industrial expansion, with the launch of products that marked an entire era, such as the first continuous regulation autotransformers, the innovative continuity equipment later known as uninterruptible power supply systems, the emergence of RE stabilizers and ILUEST luminous flux reducers, etc., all products that were pioneers in national and international markets.
A launch of new products that has been made possible thanks to the company's R&D efforts, where it invests an average of 4% of its annual turnover, a percentage much higher than the 1.28% average of national technology companies.

With a global presence,
Salicru currently operates two production centers comprising 15,000 square meters of industrial space. The first is located in Palautordera (Barcelona), supplying European and American markets, while the second is in Beijing (China), serving Asian and African markets.
To market its equipment and technological solutions, Salicru has a network of 14 branches in Spain and 7 subsidiaries abroad, enabling it to operate in more than 40 countries. The company currently employs 170 people and its 2014 revenue was €35 million.

Salicru is the leading national power electronics company in Spain and a leader in every segment where its products are sold.
Spain is also where the largest volume of sales for its products and services is generated, with Catalonia and Madrid being the most important markets, accounting for 53% of all national sales. The manufacture and sale of UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) systems is Salicru's top-selling product range, representing 74% of total sales.

Salicru specializes in the marketing of power electronics products for the industrial and domestic markets, including electrical, IT, public lighting, and telecommunications, and more recently, energy efficiency and renewable energy.
In addition to being a manufacturer, Salicru is also positioned as a power electronics engineering firm, capable of providing consulting and management solutions to various problems associated with the electrical supply.

This experience and positioning has led Salicru to work with top-level national and international clients (who need maximum reliability in the electricity supply for the development of their businesses) and to collaborate on such emblematic projects as the lighting of access to the Great Wall of China, the photovoltaic power supply in the Galapagos Islands, the energy coverage of the AVE lines in Spain, the emergency power supply to the turbines of frigates of the Spanish Navy or the lighting of the Mega Towers of the Barcelona airport.

● Salicru's annual production capacity is 72,500 units, which collectively provide customers with a secure power supply of over 150 MVA/year, equivalent to protecting 400,000 computers.
● Salicru has a fleet of 600,000 units in the market, representing a total power output exceeding 1,200 MVA.
● The 20,400 ILUEST public lighting flow stabilizer-reducer units installed throughout Spain have contributed to a reduction of over 177,000 tons of CO2 emissions, cost savings of over €68 million/year, and energy consumption savings of over 740,000 MWh annually.
● Salicru has secured 2,500 maintenance contracts for Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems in the Spanish market. The sum of all of them represents a total of 45MW of guaranteed power; which would be equivalent to the protection of about 250,000 computers.
