• Trade-in on Keysight or other participating manufacturers' test equipment, offering attractive credits when exchanging equivalent equipment or trading in older tools. For example:
o 50% credit when purchasing a new X-Series B version signal analyzer.
o Up to $30,000 USD credit toward a new FieldFox N995xA or N996xA handheld analyzer with the trade-in of a participating analyzer.
o 50% credit toward Infiniium V-Series and Z-Series oscilloscopes when customers trade in oscilloscopes from any participating manufacturer.
• Upgrades to extend the lifespan of currently owned products, including frequency range expansion, bandwidth improvements, additional memory, application integration, and CPU/measurement speed enhancements. Customers can upgrade their existing Keysight X-Series signal analyzers, FieldFox RF and microwave analyzers, and V- and Z-Series oscilloscopes, for example. For the X-Series, customers can upgrade their existing A-units to the new multi-touch display across all versions: EXA, CXA, MXA, and PXA.
• Long-term technical support solutions are often critical for military systems and numerous validation test systems in manufacturing and R&D. For example, Keysight's warranty and calibration insurance plans offer the lowest-cost approach to securing long-term support for 5, 7, or 10 years when customers purchase a new product. Keysight also offers standard and customized extended service solutions for certain older models.
