Tektronix Communications, a leading global provider of test communications and network intelligence solutions, today announced the completion of its acquisition of Arbor Networks, a leading provider of network security and management solutions for next-generation transport network and data center convergence. The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Upon completion of the acquisition, Arbor Networks joins the Danaher portfolio. The group forms one of the strongest and most comprehensive portfolios of products and solutions in the industry, enabling its fixed-line, mobile, and converged/IP customers to deploy, measure, monitor, and secure enterprise communications and networks.
