The minister had the opportunity to learn firsthand about Ikusi's vision for innovation, a broad concept encompassing all areas of the company, from its business approach and organizational model to its own R&D&I. Ikusi dedicates 5% of its revenue to this latter area.
During her visit to Ikusi, the minister toured the departments working on new developments for the television and remote control sectors. Company representatives also showcased to the Minister of Science and Innovation the various integrated solutions for infrastructure and security management, information and entertainment management, communications management, and operations that Ikusi develops for the airport, traffic, rail, security, and healthcare markets.
The visit concluded with a tour of the company's production area, where the minister was able to see the modernization process that Ikusi's production processes have undergone with the introduction of state-of-the-art automated equipment.
