The service contract includes user support for the systems, 24/7 incident detection and resolution (including a call center), and a systems monitoring service with on-site technical assistance and specialized support, as well as continuous improvement efforts.
The General Secretariat for Digital Administration's main functions are the development, coordination, and promotion of the ICT strategy within the General State Administration and its dependent agencies, while also fostering cooperation with other public administrations. This strategy is implemented directly or through ICT units and ministerial commissions for Digital Administration.

The functions of this body also include the reorganization of shared ICT services, resources, and infrastructure, without prejudice to the powers of the Directorate General for Rationalization and Centralization of Procurement. It is also responsible for the design, planning, and promotion of the shared use of services, general ICT infrastructure, equipment, and computer networks, fostering the standardization of applications and equipment and the reuse of sector-specific applications. In this regard, it offers a Catalog of Shared ICT Services for the development and mandatory shared use of centrally managed shared infrastructure, equipment, networks, applications, and services.
