In addition to Salicru, recognized in the Adaptability category, the other mentions have gone to Aimsun, in Anticipation; Grupo Calaf and Girbau, in Collaboration; Inoxpa, in Glocalization; and Plásticos Escanero, in Sustainability.
Salicru CEO Eduard Salicrú received the award from Miquel Sàmper, Minister of Business and Labor of the Generalitat of Catalonia, and Jordi García Brustenga, Secretary of State for Industry.
During his presentation, Salicrú pointed out that adaptability depends on an organization's ability to listen, learn, and act. He also explained that the company adapts its knowledge, technology, and services to the characteristics of the different markets in which it operates.
The distinction is part of Positive Industry, an amec initiative structured around five principles: anticipation, adaptation, collaboration, glocalization and sustainability.
Salicrú also highlighted the investment in R&D and the coordination between the engineering, production, commercial, quality and service areas, along with the participation of subsidiaries, collaborators and clients, as elements related to the company's ability to adapt.
Furthermore, it has linked this process with the development of equipment aimed at improving efficiency, durability and repairability.
