These data loggers incorporate up to 30 analog inputs with a sampling rate of up to 1200 Hz and a high 24-bit resolution. They can measure voltage, current (0(4)-20 mA), thermocouples, and, on certain inputs, also resistance and RTDs. Potential measurement errors and ground loops are eliminated thanks to their galvanically isolated differential analog inputs. Different configurations offer a mix of digital inputs, counters, analog outputs, and digital outputs. Software-defined virtual channels allow the user to perform mathematical calculations, data statistics, PID control, and apply logic functions, among other things.
LogMessage data loggers have 1GB of internal memory for recording up to 128 million data points. Their Ethernet interface allows connection to your company's LAN for configuration, monitoring, analysis, or data download. They also feature two configurable serial ports for connecting other devices or modems. A display is included for monitoring the equipment and measurements. They operate on a 12-36V power supply.
It comes with DataService software for configuring measurements, calculations, I/O controls, and alarms. It includes ProfiSignal Go for real-time monitoring, stored historical data, and data download. The free software package is completed with drivers for LabVIEW, DASYLab, OPC server, OCX, and .NET. ProfiSignal Go also provides the user with various alarm management functions with a wide range of actions, including alarm messages via email or SMS when programmed alarm conditions are met. ProfiSignal can be upgraded to its BASIC or KLICKS versions for complex applications requiring automated controls, report generation, and advanced programming.
