It is designed for installation in offices, public buildings, hospitals, conference and training spaces, and hotels. The devices incorporate 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax), allowing them to connect to existing wireless networks without the need for data cabling or dedicated access points.
The use of e-ink displays reduces energy consumption, while the mounting system allows for easy device replacement without having to reconfigure their location.
Screen replacement without reconfiguration:
FutureSIGN Meet uses a magnetic mount with a hidden anti-theft mechanism. The screen is removable and its battery can be recharged via USB-C or a charging dock.
Each room assignment is linked to the mount's electronic ID, not the screen itself. When a device needs recharging, it can be replaced with another. Once installed on the mount, the new device automatically adopts the settings assigned to that location.
The system is compatible with calendar and room booking platforms such as Microsoft Office 365, Exchange, Microsoft Graph, Google Workspace, Apple iCloud, CalDAV, and ICS. It also has a REST API for integration with other applications.
Interfaces, cloud services, and centralized management are handled through the FutureSIGN service, which also allows for remote device management.
ePaper Displays with Rechargeable Batteries:
ePaper displays primarily consume power during image refreshes. The content remains visible even without power and can be viewed under various lighting conditions.
FutureSIGN Meet uses a rechargeable battery. According to the manufacturer, with a screen refresh rate every hour during a typical workday, the battery life can last up to five years, although this depends on usage conditions and frequency.
The administration panel allows users to check the battery level, receive alerts, verify the Wi-Fi connection status, and access information about the display and its stand.
The display is 7.5 inches in size and has a resolution of 800 × 480 pixels. It is available in two versions: a monochrome model in black and white, with a refresh rate of up to two seconds, and a four-color variant—black, white, red, and yellow—with a refresh rate of 20 seconds. Both feature an anti-reflective finish and a 180-degree viewing angle.

FutureSIGN Meet is available in Spain through Concept International. The recommended retail price is €395 for the black and white version and €429 for the four-color version, excluding VAT.
