This ultra-compact series operates with input voltages from 90 Vac to 264 Vac at frequencies between 47 Hz and 440 Hz, and offers a wide range of output voltages: 3.3 V, 5 V, 9 V, 12 V, 15 V or 24 V.
The modules are fully encapsulated and weigh only 26 grams, with dimensions of 36.5 x 27.0 x 17.1 mm. They include 3 kV AC insulation (with the option to increase it to 4 kV AC), and protection against short circuits, overcurrent, and overvoltage.
Another striking feature of this new series is its minimal power consumption when there is no load; in standby mode, it consumes only 120 mW, which translates to 10 times better power dissipation than conventional products. All converters in this new family include a Class B filter according to the EN55022 standard and can operate at temperatures between -40 and 70 °C.
