At the heart of every Pleneo room is a Room OS hub device, which acts as the intelligence layer of the physical space, transforming rooms into software-defined, managed endpoints. Instead of relying on predefined configurations, Pleneo's device hubs automatically identify connected devices, understand the room's context, validate system health, and apply AI-assisted optimization, enabling rooms to behave predictably from day one and remain consistent over time. Rooms connect securely to the Pleneo Cloud for zero-touch deployment, remote monitoring, and lifecycle management, allowing IT teams and partners to manage collaboration spaces as standardized IT infrastructure rather than bespoke designs. Pleneo has launched a flexible range of native Room OS hardware designed to support different room types while maintaining a consistent deployment and management experience.
For medium to large meeting rooms, Pleneo introduces RoomDesign Ceiling and the RoomVision camera range. RoomDesign Ceiling is a 6.5” PoE-powered networked ceiling speaker that delivers immersive sound for both voice and music. Designed for quick installation, it supports plug-and-play deployment with AudioIQ automatic room calibration and is available in white or black, with an optional 600 x 600 mm ceiling tile grille for seamless installation. RoomVision and RoomVision XL are networked PTZ cameras with built-in intelligence. RoomVision offers 12× optical zoom with 1080p output for medium-sized rooms, while RoomVision XL provides 20× optical zoom and 4K output for larger spaces. Both support AI-powered presenter tracking, intelligent auto-framing, and IQ Director voice tracking.
For larger or more complex environments, Pleneo introduces RoomAmp Pro X, an all-in-one Room OS device hub designed specifically for education and specialized spaces. RoomAmp Pro X combines room management, audio and video intelligence, Pleneo Cloud connectivity, and amplification in a single half-rack-width chassis. With 4 x 200 W of integrated power, switchable between 100 V, 70 V, and 8 ohms, it supports large distributed speaker systems while maintaining the same simple deployment and management experience used in meeting rooms. Built-in Auracast™ compatibility enables assisted listening without additional hardware.
To support larger and acoustically demanding spaces, Pleneo also introduces the RoomDesign Pro speaker range and the RoomAmp Pro 200 amplifier. The 6.5” RoomDesign Pro Pendant, Surface, and Ceiling speakers offer flexible mounting options and switchable impedance for distributed audio designs. The RoomAmp Pro 200 provides 4 × 200 W of networked amplification with switchable impedance, enabling scalable, multi-room systems and expansion from the RoomAmp Pro X for larger projects. All Pleneo hardware is built with enterprise security and operational requirements in mind, including compliance with SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, and ISO 42001, as well as support for 802.1X network authentication. Open APIs in Pleneo Cloud enable integration with IT service management platforms such as Splunk and ServiceNow, aligning collaboration spaces with existing IT workflows.
