To facilitate integration into small embedded systems, the MU609 features standard AT command control and an embedded TCP/IP stack, including UDP support. In addition to these features, it includes integrated GPS/A-GPS, enabling location and data transmission applications in a single module, saving costs and reducing design complexity, allowing for rapid development and a very short time to market.
