Custom frequency versions are available at no extra cost. VCOs are fundamental frequency sources with built-in buffer amplifiers, output filters, and are subharmonic-free.
VCOs are available in S-band to P-band, covering 2 to 20 GHz with just five models.
The operating temperature range can be easily extended to cover -40°C to +85°C. Standard models are tested and specified to cover a temperature range of 0°C to +60°C.
Evaluation boards for SMA connections are available.
