Any installer has access to this technology which starts from the signals received by satellite to distribute them in COFDM, even if they are encoded (provided that the corresponding PCMCIA is available).

The CompactMax system is available in most of the world's digital television formats, including DVB-T, T2, ISDB-T, and others. This device addresses a clear need identified when providing service to hotels, unique buildings, cable networks, and similar establishments. With this device, complicated programmable modules are unnecessary. A single unit with four satellite inputs can provide up to eight output multiplexes (MUXs). The control software is so user-friendly that it's virtually foolproof.
Furthermore, the terrestrial output quality is so high that it can even be used in small broadcast transmitters. One of the most interesting applications is injecting satellite signals (even encrypted ones) into CATV networks with MER levels as low as 40 dB.
