The units enable the creation of redundant wireless mesh networks by connecting multiple nodes in a ring configuration. The backup links are designed for automatic backup when an active link fails, eliminating the risk of bridging loops or the need to manually enable or disable the backup path.
MeshII is IEEE 802.3af compliant, providing 23dBm output power, and is compatible with 802.11ny, ETSI DFS, and TPC C. With MIMO (Multiple In Multiple Out) and HT (High Throughput) technologies, data transfer rates of up to 100Mbps can be achieved. The units feature remote management and tuning for long-distance transmission, and WPA2 with AES or TKIP encryption prevents unauthorized access to the system. MeshII products have a wide operating temperature range and weatherproof enclosures designed for wall or pole mounting.
