Wish Soluciones installs its Gap-Filler Covertel I30 repeater station in Galicia
Gap-Filler Covertel I30
range from Wish Soluciones has been designed to provide coverage to small towns and villages where the signal reaches the immediate vicinity, but domestic reception is impossible.
The Covertel I30 is a pure isofrequency gap-filler designed for single-frequency networks (SFNs), featuring a single, low-phase-noise local oscillator for intermediate-frequency signal processing. It is tunable without equipment manipulation thanks to a narrowband RF topology without internal filters, based on upconverters with high rejection of unwanted mixing and a local oscillator. Tuning, as well as all functions, are controllable via the Local Management System—integrated into each single-channel unit—through an operating terminal (PC).
Wish Soluciones also offers a Remote Management System based on a client/server architecture, accessible via the internet with a password, from which gap-filler stacks can be managed.
Covertel I30 also offers the option of incorporating an adaptive echo canceller created by Wish Soluciones, which operates with input signal-to-echo (S/E) ratios as low as -20 dB, with an output S/E ratio of approximately 25 dB for extreme S/E ratios, providing cancellation greater than 40 dB.
Wish Soluciones was founded in 2006, backed by a technological business holding company that provides it with ample financial stability, with the aim of offering high-quality, high-value-added products and services in the field of Radiocommunication Equipment and Projects, initially focused on the world of broadcasting.
Wish Soluciones manufactures DVB-T micro-repeaters and micro-transmitters and provides turnkey solutions for these products. It offers a range of products and services that allows it to provide solutions tailored to each client's needs and the specific characteristics of each project, facilitating the expansion of radio communication network coverage, with a particular focus on the emerging landscape of digital terrestrial television (DTT).
The company consists of two business units: the Broadcasting Equipment Division, focused on R&D&I of low-power, high-performance, low-cost DVB-T equipment; and the Broadcasting Engineering Division, aimed at the execution, installation, and certification of radiocommunication projects, especially broadcasting, offering customized solutions according to the specific needs of each client.
