With WPA3 encryption, the Deco X60 protects against weak passwords that can be cracked relatively easily. This eliminates the need to worry about passwords that aren't complex enough, as was the case with WPA2 devices. Furthermore, TP-Link HomeCare™ technology includes antivirus, parental controls, and QoS, helping to protect private data and IoT devices from digital intruders.
In a Wi-Fi Mesh network, multiple network nodes work together to form a single network that shares the same Wi-Fi settings. These settings include the network name, password, and control configuration. Compared to a traditional network, a Wi-Fi Mesh network uses multiple network nodes to cover every corner of your home.
Wi-Fi 6 (also known as the 802.11ax standard) is the latest Wi-Fi technology standard, an improvement over Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac). Its main advantages include:
