SOUNDproof rack cabinets are equipped with an exceptionally quiet ventilation system. The sound level reaches a maximum of 29-30 dB. Furthermore, the special insulating material absorbs the noise from the active components installed inside the cabinet. Therefore, these cabinets are perfect for installation in places such as banks, hospitals, laboratories, hotels, or conference rooms; in short, anywhere silence is required.
Several security features have been considered in the design of the rack cabinets: the double-leaf front door is secured with a locking system, and the side panels can also be locked. These side panels can be completely removed, allowing the IT administrator easy access to the installed components.
The SOUNDproof range of enclosures is available in three heights: 17, 32, or 42 inches, with a width of 750 mm and a depth of 1,130 mm. The sturdy steel frame provides space for current 19-inch components and has a load capacity of up to 1,000 kilograms.
The top panel and front doors of the SOUNDproof rack cabinets feature a wood texture. The following finishes are available: maple, teak, walnut, oak, cherry, and beech. This allows the cabinet to blend seamlessly with the rest of the furniture and provides additional storage space for documents or file boxes.
