Designed for outdoor lighting applications and other high-humidity applications such as commercial refrigeration lighting, household appliances, and HVAC system equipment, the SlimSeal Connector Miniature series meets the market demand for smaller connectors that still offer reliable waterproofing.

The new TE connectors incorporate a pressure-release spring that ensures secure connector engagement and prevents accidental disconnection. Their pre-assembled sealing system helps reduce assembly time, while the availability of the connectors in three different colors makes them easy to identify.

The SlimSeal Connector Miniature series has a maximum current rating of 5 A (18 AWG) or
3 A (20-22 AWG) and a maximum voltage rating of 250 V AC. The operating temperature range is -40 °C to 105 °C. The contacts are made of a tinned copper alloy, and the housings are made of a flame-retardant liquid crystal polymer (LCP) (UL 94 V-0).
