Thanks to this, the wiring process is reduced to just a few steps: The new front adapters are easily inserted into the modules and secured with screws. The front adapters, integrated into an encapsulated housing, are connected to the activation modules using pre-assembled cables. The labeled plug-in connectors and marking options on the housing allow for clear signal identification. The module can also be powered via the adapter terminals or transfer modules, which are available as passive components with various connection methods, including blade separation. Active components, including relays and optocouplers, switch loads up to 250 V AC/10 A on/off currents up to 130 A. They are particularly suitable for lamps and capacitive loads.
Varioface solutions allow for easy amplification or adaptation of the Modicon M340's I/O signals. This is accomplished quickly, with clear and error-free wiring.
