Designed for optimal performance in extreme environments, Nemesis connectors are fully sealed to IP67 or IP68 standards and are up to 50% lighter and 60% smaller than 38999 connectors. Profiles have been drastically reduced across the range, culminating in the space-saving “no-profile” variant, which boasts the lowest profile on the market and ultra-fast “Ripaway” disconnect action.


Constructed from stainless steel for strength and durability, Nemesis connectors remain fully sealed, both when connected and disconnected, and feature increased strain relief to eliminate cable overload, ensuring cable seal integrity. ITT ICS's polygonal spring technology not only enables snap-on/breakaway connection/disconnection but also provides 360-degree EMI shielding, an important factor with high data signal rates. Additional Nemesis design innovations include a blind connection for reliable and fast pairing.

The anti-reflective, salt-spray resistant coating on the connector housing protects the vital cable interface and helps the soldier concentrate during maneuvers in a marine environment. Additionally, the housing surface is slip-resistant in wet conditions. The Nemesis product line includes three different variants: Super Clean, Water Tight, and High Mating.
