With a 0.80 mm pitch, the new HS Stac connectors offer greater design flexibility and save space when routing conductor lines on printed circuit boards for automotive infotainment and telematics equipment.
The interface, compliant with the automotive industry standard USCAR-30, meets USB 2.0 requirements and supports other high-speed technologies, such as Low Voltage Differential Signaling (LVDS) and Ethernet, for automotive infotainment, telematics, stereo, and navigation systems, as well as driver assistance electronics. The rectangular HS Stac connectors integrate the USCAR-30 interface, part of the HSAutoLink family, into a robust, stackable package and can be grouped with the commonly used Molex Stac64 family of connectors, creating an exceptional high-speed modular connection system that meets the increasingly demanding terminal requirements for devices and modules in commercial automotive and transportation applications.
