Rugged products are available with screw mounting and other mechanical clamping options for high-impact and vibration applications, as well as optional alignment tabs on the top and bottom for precise positioning. The high-density SCA Series is designed with spring-loaded tabs for high-cycle testing environments and easy attachment and detachment.

One-piece Micro interfaces with a 1.00 mm (0.03937") pitch are available in a low-profile 1.65 mm (0.065") configuration with up to 30 contacts in a single row (SEI series). A selection of 3 mm, 6 mm, and 10 mm stacking options are available in 1.00 mm (0.03937") single or double row configurations (FSI series) with up to 100 contacts.
The high-density, one-piece interface (SCA series), integrated with Plastronics H-Pin® spring contacts, is designed for high-cycle test and measurement applications. The 1.00 mm (0.03937") pitch interface has a stackable height of 3.60 mm and is available with up to 320 spring contacts. A high-density, one-piece array (GFZ series) is available with up to 900 dual compression contacts in a 1.27 mm (0.050") pitch and a choice of 1.65 mm or 3 mm low height. This interface is ideal for board and module stacking on LGA boards and interfaces.
One-piece interfaces with a 2.54 mm (0.100") pitch are available in vertical or right-angle orientations for power applications. The vertical interface (SIB series) has a height of 3.81 mm with up to 30 contacts and optional locking clips.
Up to 15 contacts are available in the right-angle interface (SIR1 series). Additionally, Samtec offers a 1.27 mm (0.050") pitch interface (SIBF series) with a large 1 mm contact per deflection in 5, 10, 20, or 25 contacts and a stackable height of 3 mm.
