Optional accessories include a humidity sensor (the HWg-STE supports two probes in total), humidity and temperature sensors for 19-inch rack mounting, and a water-protected stainless steel thermal sensor for temperatures up to +125°C.
The indoor temperature probe has a range of -30 to +80 °C (accuracy: +/-0.5 °C) and the outdoor probe from -22 to +125 °C (accuracy: +/-2 °C). The resolution is 0.1 °C. The temperature can be displayed in °C, K, and °F.
Among the main applications of the HWg-STE are the detection of faults and changes in air conditioning systems, direct or remote monitoring of heating systems and monitoring of freezers.
