All parameters required for the operation of the I/O station can be adjusted in this way without programming knowledge. The bus coupler directly processes IEC 61850 CID or SCD configuration files. Implementation of the communication standard according to IEC 61850, certified by KEMA, ensures reliable interoperability of the system.
The I/O modules with digital inputs and relay outputs are particularly well-suited to the requirements of the power environment, such as the increased nominal voltage of 220 V DC and transient voltage resistance of 5 kV. Like all devices in this I/O system, these new modules feature high interference immunity up to 8 kV, robust mechanical stress resistance (including shocks up to 30 g), and fast signal registration. This eliminates the need for galvanic isolation (increased isolation distance) in the I/O system, allowing the modules to be seamlessly integrated with the existing Axioline F range.
