The MX-DaSH connection system replaces the numerous traditional connectors used in vehicle applications, saving space and reducing the cost and complexity of wiring harnesses. The MX-DaSH series offers configurations to support different signal and power pin sizes, such as 1.20, 1.50, and 2.80 mm, suitable for a wide range of vehicle designs and applications. This connection system offers up to 31 circuits with high-speed FAKRA Mini (HFM®) modules for high-speed data transmission. MX-DaSH connectors operate reliably in harsh environments and provide secure mating through an independent secondary lock (ISL), a pin protection plate (PPP), and industry-leading pin protection. Automated assembly reduces cycle times, prevents errors, and improves overall manufacturing process efficiency. The MX-DaSH series supports the transition to zonal architecture in automotive and commercial applications such as autonomous driving modules, computing modules, high-speed cable networks, sensor-device connectivity, high-resolution 4K displays, GPS devices, and infotainment systems.
