FL MGUARD RS4000 TX/TX-P security router
The Phoenix Contact FL MGUARD RS4000 TX/TX-P safety router offers an extended temperature range as well as ATEX and IECEx certifications. Furthermore, starting with firmware version 8.5, several safety features are enabled by default on this product.
These include deep packet inspection modules for OPC Classic and Modbus/TCP, enabling fine-grained protection of the corresponding communication, and firewall redundancy functions with and without VPN. Additionally, the 250 VPN license is activated, allowing simultaneous communication with up to 250 secondary stations, as well as CIFS Integrity Monitoring to protect unpatched operating systems (e.g., Windows XP). This eliminates the need to order individual mGuard license certificates for this product.
