Compatible with Siemon's plug and play fiber modules (PPM) and copper or fiber adapter boards, it accepts up to four of these elements in its 1U height. Each copper adapter board can accommodate up to six copper connections with individual port identification and can house both shielded copper and UTP systems, from Category 5e up to high-performance Category 7A TERA and Category 6A Z-MAX connections.
Constructed of lightweight, reinforced steel with an anodized finish, the combination panel is durable. It meets ANSI/EIA 310-D standards and features an integrated ground connection to ensure ground continuity from the copper connections to the panel ground. The design includes an integrated cable management system to secure cables and provide adequate clearance, and it comes with clamps, a grounding kit, and mounting screws.
