The new Korenix expands the capabilities of the JetNet managed range by injecting power over the LAN cable (IEEE 802.3af Power over Ethernet). It features four ports capable of delivering 30W at 24VDC or 48VDC and includes two additional 10/100 ports for wired or fiber connections (fm and fs models).The high power supplied through the PoE ports enables remote powering of multiple devices, such as IP cameras, access points, card readers, IP phones, and more.
Among the PoE management features of the device are configuration of the power supplied to the ports, scheduled power management, and automatic restart of remote devices. It also incorporates the standard functionalities of a managed industrial switch, such as Rapid Super Ring (redundant path recovery in 10 ms), VLAN, SNMP, web interface, QoS, and more.
The switch supports operating temperatures between -10 and +70 °C, and thanks to its robust aluminum chassis and IP30 protection rating, it is ideal for industrial environments or transportation applications.
