These cables are constructed using 0.9 mm tight-buffered optical fiber, aramid yarns as the tensile element, a thermoplastic inner jacket, fiberglass braid armor, a thermoplastic/polyamide outer jacket, and an additional PA12 jacket.
The main advantages of these all-dielectric tight-buffered distribution cables are their robust and durable construction, direct connectorization, ease of stripping (gel-free), reduced diameter, and cost savings during installation.
