Designed for use in the most adverse conditions, these polyurethane-coated cables can be used on any type of ground and environment, including, for example, contact with chemicals.
These distribution cables, which are based on the military standard MIL-C-85045, have an operating temperature range of -20 to +70 °C and offer high crush resistance.

CDI-M cables contain between two and twelve optical fibers, have a secondary coating of 900 microns, aramid yarns as a tensile strength element, and an outer polyurethane jacket.
Depending on the number of fibers, the cables are also characterized by a diameter of 5.1 to 7 mm, a weight of 21 to 39 kg/km, a permanent tensile strength of 600 to 700 N, and an installation tensile strength of 1100 to 1250 N.
