PROFINET® certified optical fiber for industrial environments
LAPP's HITRONIC® optical fiber for PROFINET® systems offers a range of solutions designed for demanding applications: flexibility, continuous movement, and chemical and mechanical resistance. This helps prevent communication failures, downtime, and durability issues. Furthermore, PROFINET® certification ensures the robustness required in industrial environments and compatibility with other certified products.
HITRONIC® solutions for PROFINET® include:
• Type B optical fiber for fixed installation and flexible use
• Type C optical fiber for special applications such as cable carriers, twisting, or high vibration environments
• Models with PVC cover for applications in an industrial environment and with PUR cover for environments with high mechanical or chemical stress
• POF type plastic fiber for ease of installation in transmissions up to 70m
• PCF polymer fiber for easy installation in transmissions up to 500m
• Compatible LC, SC-RJ and ST (BFOC) connectors and mounting kits
