Suitable for use in aerial or buried splices, these torpedoes, constructed with high-quality plastic material, are appropriate for bleeding cables with tube housing, as they have one oval port and five cylindrical ports.
Each protective kit consists of a cover, splice trays, base, locking ring, sealing element and fixing tray, as well as various accessories and tools, such as heat-shrink tubing, nylon cable ties, fixing clamp, marking label, insulating tape and fiber plastic protector.
To meet all types of application requirements, the GPJ09L5-BR torpedoes also offer a good number of optional accessories, including pressurization valves, silver tape, abrasive paper, segregation clamp and grounding element.
These fiber optic cable splice protectors measure 230 (base) x 450 (height) mm, weigh about 4,200 grams and have an operating temperature range of -40 to +55 °C.
