The PROLITE-40B is a high-precision three-axis (X, Y, Z) fusion splicer that automatically aligns single-mode and multi-mode fibers. The kit includes the tools every professional installer needs during field work: an ergonomically designed cleaver, a precision stripper, protective tubes, and a carrying case for the entire kit.
The PROLITE-40B fusion set also includes replacement electrodes, an alcohol dispenser bottle, tweezers, and a professional air blower bulb for cleaning the work area.
The fiber optic fusion splicer is powered by a lithium battery, allowing it to operate for hours without an external power source. It is also designed for outdoor use and in low-light conditions.
