This new family of Fiberlink receivers is ideal for all professional A/V applications. Now, integrators and professional installers can manage their video and audio signals in a highly consistent, repeatable, and predictable manner, using SDI with a low cost of integration that is very effective with high-definition monitors and displays, as well as computer systems. In a digital signage application, for example, you can route and switch an SDI signal to multiple displays with HDMI, DVI, VGA, and component video inputs, and select a different language or audio pair to output to each display.

first500x300Fiberlink® 3353 3G/HD/SD-SDI to HDMI Optical Receiver:
The Fiberlink 3353 allows you to convert SMPTE standard 3G/HD/SD-SDI signals, transmitted over fiber from a Fiberlink 3350, 3360, or 3380 transmitter, to HDMI. If audio is present in the SDI signal, the operator can select one of up to four stereo audio pairs to embed in the baseband of the HDMI signal, as well as to output via the RCA audio connectors. Alternatively, the operator can choose to mute any existing audio.

secondFiberlink® 3355 3G/HD/SD-SDI to DVI Optical Receiver:
The Fiberlink 3355 converts SMPTE 3G/HD/SD-SDI signals transmitted over fiber from a Fiberlink 3350, 3360, or 3380 transmitter to DVI. If audio is present in the SDI signal, the operator can select one of up to four stereo audio pairs to output via the RCA audio connectors. Alternatively, the operator can choose to mute any existing audio.

thirdFiberlink® 3357 3G/HD/SD-SDI to VGA or Component Optical Receiver:

The Fiberlink 3357 converts SMPTE-compliant 3G/HD/SD-SDI signals transmitted over fiber from a Fiberlink 3350, 3360, or 3380 transmitter to VGA or Component signals. If audio is present in the SDI signal, the operator can select up to four stereo audio pairs to output via the RCA audio connectors. Alternatively, the operator can mute any existing audio.
Optional features include SDI loop-through, equalization, and reclocking, and a choice of an ST fiber connector for Pro A/V applications or an SMPTE-compliant LC connector.

The Fiberlink 3350, 3360, and 3380 series of equipment complies with the SMPTE 297-2006 standard and is ideally suited for use with Fiberlink Matrix arrays and other SMPTE 297-2006 compliant fiber optic equipment. They are also immune to pathological signals across the entire operating and temperature range and are compatible with both single-mode and multimode fibers.
Available in a compact form factor housing, they are ideal for digital signage, corporate environments, rental and events, stadiums, theaters, airports or intermodal transportation hubs, distance learning, surgical and medical imaging, broadcast and TV studios, mobile units, and more.
