Advantech collaborates with and sponsors the Industry 4.0 Master's program offered to university graduates. The objective of this program is for students to learn about the technologies linked to the industrial transformation of the production model. This Master's in Industry 4.0 facilities offers a great opportunity to be at the forefront of technological training, as so-called "smart factories" feature shared spaces between humans and machines and assign greater responsibilities to the most qualified and well-trained individuals, capable of efficiently managing these new production environments.
SEAS offers the Master's in Industry 4.0 to provide in-depth knowledge of all the technologies linked to this transformation: Automation and advanced robotics; human-machine interaction; cyber-physical systems and IoT; additive manufacturing; smart materials technology; advanced maintenance; modeling, simulation and virtualization of processes; big data, cloud computing and data analysis; and security and protection.
