The collaboration agreement, which has been signed by the managing director of Instagi, Jesús María Gómez Pescador, and the general manager of Euskaltel, Koldo Unanue, is based on a consulting and advisory model for the associated companies aimed at the transformation of their processes and the efficiency of their businesses, with the objective of covering all their technological needs and successfully addressing any digitization process.
This establishes a strategic relationship that guarantees ongoing, personalized support to members, going beyond simply offering individual products. Euskaltel's proposal includes an initial consultation aimed at analyzing and assessing each company's level of digital maturity and understanding the current state of its telecommunications services, in order to advise on the services best suited to its needs.
Furthermore, as an added value of this agreement with Instagi, Euskaltel will periodically organize and deliver monographic seminars on topics of interest to the members, which will result in greater training and qualification of the professional installers and maintenance technicians of Gipuzkoa.
All services covered are deployed on enabling technologies throughout the value chain of organizations (mobile communications, sensors, security, cloud or Big Data) and a full range of services (digitalization and process consulting, communications and security consulting, project management, advanced data analysis and management and maintenance services).
Euskaltel and Instagi, the Gipuzkoa Business Association of Installers and Maintenance Companies, have signed a collaboration agreement with the aim of digitally transforming Instagi's member companies and promoting, through the adoption of digital services and solutions, the improvement of their competitiveness and the digital transformation of their business models as a means of growth.
