Working together, Keysight and Riscure will deliver greater value to transportation, the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), public safety, utilities, and healthcare by combining end-to-end visibility and testing solutions with Riscure's suite of security testing tools.
Keysight is dealing with increasing threat levels across a multitude of exposed surfaces in the cloud, the air interface, and between every function in the 5G network. This exposure is driven by the rise in wirelessly connected devices, application programming interfaces (APIs), and the need for data to flow seamlessly between networks and organizational entities to dynamically deliver a complex set of services.
“The collaboration with Riscure reinforces Keysight’s commitment to 5G security solutions, enabling a connected ecosystem to fully express the diverse range of technologies, applications, and business models,” said Giampaolo Tardioli, Group Vice President of Network Access at Keysight. “We are very excited to play a key role in providing secure connectivity using technologies such as 5G, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.”.

The collaboration unites Riscure's security solutions with Keysight's widely adopted network emulation solutions to explore innovative ways for customers to enhance device security. Keysight's integrated software and hardware solutions enable users to emulate devices and various functions of the radio access network (RAN) and 5G core (5GC) to provide end-to-end visibility and performance testing across the entire protocol suite. Riscure's suite of security tools includes state-of-the-art chip and device testing solutions against fault injection and secondary channel attacks, with specialized solutions for identifying software weaknesses and evaluating automotive designs.
“A combination of Riscure’s expertise in securing software, chip technology, and connected devices with Keysight’s comprehensive portfolio of visibility and testing solutions enables our clients to provide secure, functional, and robust solutions for a global 5G security market estimated to reach over $4 billion by 2023,” said Marc Witteman, CEO of Riscure. “Working closely with Keysight, we will contribute years of security expertise to help build one of the most important technology domains—the future of mobile connectivity.”
