Global Invacom specializes in the Integrated Fiber Reception System (FibreIRS), which provides satellite TV reception. Global Invacom's vision is to increase awareness of the benefits of FibreIRS and work alongside Mayflex to help specify FibreIRS in conjunction with cabling, data, and CCTV security.

Similar in concept to PON infrastructure, FibreIRS technology is a new method for transporting satellite signals over fiber optic cable instead of coaxial cable. There are several advantages to using fiber optics, such as reduced signal loss, increased distance capacity, scalability, and improved cost-effectiveness.
