Laffitte will also collaborate with Mitel's partner base in the region to help them create joint business plans and ensure that customers receive consistent, top-tier support regardless of the channel they use.

Eduard brings more than 30 years of sales experience in the technology sector, and at Mitel, he will leverage his extensive knowledge of the business landscape and the channel ecosystem to lead the business in the region. Before joining Mitel, Laffitte had a long career in senior commercial roles at leading ICT companies, including SIA Cybersecurity (Indra Group), British Telecom, and CENTRISA, among others.
He has also served on the Board of Directors of the British Chamber of Commerce (BCC), is a member of the Barcelona Chamber of Commerce, and co-founder of the Catalan Technology Circle (CTecno).
Eduard Laffitte holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Barcelona (UB) and a Master's degree in Sales Management from IE Business School, among other qualifications.
