In this way, Marta Marimón, who until now was responsible for the Product Managers and Communications Department (MarCom), also assumes the role of Channel Strategy Manager. Marta states that “at Eaton, our priority is to develop relationships of trust with the distribution channel, both the electrical and IT channels. We understand that only in this way can we grow together in such complex market circumstances for everyone.”.
Reporting to Marta, Xavier Sevilla, formerly Product Manager for the Energy Distribution Division, will now manage the Electrical Distribution Channel as EWS Sales Manager. According to Xavier, “sustainable growth is only possible with the right partners. Eaton has a global strategy based on selecting the best partners to achieve both predefined objectives and those we define together.”.
Likewise, the Territorial Sales Management is being unified under a single responsibility. Ricardo Bolaños, formerly Head of Sales for the Eastern region, is assuming this role as Area Sales Manager. In this new position, Ricardo believes that “leading an already established team will allow us to reach customers more effectively. Teamwork and a sales-oriented approach are the keys to success. Such a dynamic and challenging market compels us to be more efficient, so we must focus our efforts on what we do best.”.
Finally, and specifically, Juan Manuel López, as PQ Sales Manager, is responsible for Sales Management of Eaton's Power Quality Division (UPS Products and Services). "One of Eaton's objectives is to develop high-quality, technologically advanced products and services to provide a more specialized response to customer needs. Only by being close to the customer and focusing on their needs will we be able to offer complete, customized solutions," says Juan Manuel.
As an organization, Eaton's goal is to achieve outstanding results based on trusted partnerships. What is fundamental for the customer is also fundamental for Eaton.
