Throughout his career, Gonzalo Redondo has spearheaded and led engineering and design projects in highly demanding technological environments. With the D3 Applied Technologies team, he leads the design of boats for the America's Cup, ocean sailing, and the Olympic Games, and has been responsible for developing winning boats in several world championships. His experience also extends to strategic sectors such as renewable energy, unmanned vehicles, industry, and civil engineering.

Since 2022, he has been a member of the Board of Directors of Televés Corporación, where he has driven product development and brand positioning. During this period, the company has received international awards such as the Red Dot, the German Design Award Gold, and the Good Design Award, for projects that Gonzalo Redondo has directly spearheaded, from their conception to their development.

The new CEO takes office with a project that aims to “recapture the entrepreneurial spirit, revitalize the company culture, and consolidate profitability that will allow Televés Corporación to return to a path of growth and continue to be at the forefront of its technological solutions.”

In this new phase for Televés Corporación, Gonzalo Redondo will have the support of Esther Gómez, current Director of Telecommunications Infrastructure Support and Optical Transport Business Development, who will be appointed Corporate General Manager. She will play a key role in unifying the efforts of teams and projects across the corporation, ensuring effective collaboration and strategic alignment. Esther Gómez, a Telecommunications Engineer, has extensive experience in various organizations within the field of communications systems, having led activities that encompass the entire product development lifecycle and the implementation of innovative solutions.

For his part, Santiago Rey, who has held executive positions at the company as CEO and managing director since 2012, will begin a new chapter within Televés Corporación in a key role for its future development. Starting in September, he will assume the position of director of operators and major accounts, where he will drive the growth of two strategic subsidiaries: TRedess and Gsertel. With a solid track record in the broadcast and 5G mobile network sectors, Santiago Rey will continue to play a significant role in consolidating the business and in relationships with strategic clients.
